Landbanc is a seventeen year old property services company highly experienced in the marketing and sale of residential real estate including off the plan sales of new projects.
Principal Dean Thurley has over 25 years industry wide experience and is responsible for the continual refinement and improvement of the company's services (full bio here)

What we do
Although the company has roots in Queensland, Landbanc Residential now applies its significant experience to specialise in the marketing and sale of residential property across the inner suburbs of Canberra.
We are continually seeking opportunities to provide our skills and knowledge, acquired over almost 30 years in the industry, to achieve our client's desired outcome. We look to convert this experience to practical and relevant action in the marketing process of every property we are appointed to sell, with the intention of creating outstanding results and clients pleased to have dealt with us.
How we do it
We are inspired by the quote attributed to Winston Churchill 'Sometimes doing your best is not good enough. Sometimes you must do what is required.'
We are concerned primarily with our client's desired outcome, firstly to understand what that is clearly and comprehensively and secondly to determine how best to apply our skill and experience to achieving that outcome. we strive to provide an enjoyable client experience through high levels of care and attention, clear communication, transparency and cost efficiency.
Where Landbanc is appointed as the agent, all critical aspects of the promotional and sale process including preparation of signs, brochures and other collateral marketing material, open homes, inspections, contact and negotiation with prospective buyers is handled directly by the Principal. By ensuring these items are controlled by the most highly qualified and experienced people and not delegated to administrative or cadet level staff, lost opportunities on behalf of our clients are minimised.
We are experts in residential property sales and marketing, an element of which is in positioning your property in the market so that the maximum amount of able buyers see your property at its best and consequently express interest.
We avoid a 'cookie cutter' approach and seek to respect the individuality of our clients, and the service they seek.
